Angel Hale, founder and owner of Leading Ladies is a gifted Coach and highly sought motivational speaker. She has been, and continues to be, a Personal Coach and mentor to coaches/mentors/leaders and professionals in a wide array of prominent professions. Her rich experience, engaging communication style, and playful sense of humor has delighted, captivated and inspired audiences of all ages since 1987. Angel’s life passion is to encourage, support and assist people in their journey toward living the rich, fulfilling and joyful life she believes is available to each of us.
Throughout 2006, Angel gradually became aware that the majority of her clients had something strikingly in common. What she came to discover is that these clients are, like her, all women who people had been drawn to for as long as they could remember. In short, they are “Natural Born Leaders.” She noted that these coaches, mentors, confidants, mothers, friends, wives, and nurturers possess a gift of leadership that is undeniable and powerful but which also tends to drain and deplete them. Many of these “ natural born leaders” have never received formal training on how to balance leadership with personal self-care and even those who have formal training, often find that they are too busy caring for and supporting others to take the time to nurture themselves and meet their own very real needs. All of these women realized at critical points in their life journey that they also needed someone they could turn too—leading each to discover and hire Angel as their personal Coach.
After this epiphany concerning the “Natural Born Leader” commonality among her clients, Angel determined to insure that her clients and all “Leading Ladies” (as she now deems them with a smile), have a place where they can bask in “masterful self-care.” She is committed to insuring that these women, who have supported and mentored so many others, also have the supports and resources they need to stay vibrant, healthy and refreshed both personally and professionally.
Angel is not a stranger to the rich rewards or the undeniable challenges involved in being a natural born woman leader. She is personally aware of the difficulty that leaders encounter in finding their own mentors and confidants. She is also fully aware of the disparities that natural leaders experience between caring for and mentoring others and taking care of their own health, their own needs and their own space to live, grow, play and thrive! For these reasons, Angel set out to create a one-stop place for these treasured women. A place where they can access the tools, resources and services they need for renewal, revitalization, support and relaxation of there own. That’s how LeadingLadiesLounge.com was born!
Angel sees herself, first and foremost, through eyes of deep humility and utter gratitude for the role she has been gifted as a “natural born leader” and Coach. She adores her incredibly talented and unfailingly supportive husband, Gene Newton, and lives in gratitude for her amazing family, friends and clients.
Angel loves her work, her “calling,” and delights in insuring that others feel the same way about their own lives. In short, she is committed to being the biggest champion, and the softest place to land for those she mentors and coaches.
