Hello Leading Ladies and welcome to “Angel on Your Side” Coaching! I want to assure you that I am personally aware of the profound beauty and richness involved in influencing the lives of those around us. However, I also know that being a leader can take a toll. What I know from my own experience, and the experience of my clients, is that Natural Born Leaders often find that we are the people that others “come to” for advice, support and encouragement. However, while helping others, we often look around to find that we have no one we can turn to for our own care and support. We want to be strong and model excellence for those who view us as mentors and so do not often share our own struggles and challenges with others. It is for this reason that I entered the field of coaching and it is also the catalyst for the creation of Leading Ladies Lounge. I am here to support and renew the energy of women who support and inspire so many others. If we, as leaders, don’t receive needed support, maintain balance in our own lives and practice masterful self-care, we will have no energy left to offer those who look to us for inspiration and guidance.
